What are the delivery charges for orders from the Gifts Shop?

The delivery fee is charged per order. When ordering multiple products on the same order, you will only be charged one delivery fee – $6.95.

We accept payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard / AMERICAN EXPRESS / JCB / Diner’s Club International), by debit card (VISA, Carte Bleue, Carte Bancaire), and by PayPal

How long will delivery take?

Often take it’s takes 2-3 weeks to deliver your products. So no worrying if the product doesn’t arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

How secure is shopping in the Gifts Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our webshop is dedicated to consumers, so you shall receive an invoice after your payment for the order has been successful. It is not possible to receive an invoice in advance of payment.
